Edstart clubs blend sport, creativity, and wellbeing, creating a balanced day that keeps children active, social, and happy. Sessions are led by qualified, DBS‑checked coaches who specialise in working with children of all ages and abilities. Parents can expect: - A fun, varied timetable including a variety of dance styles, gymnastics and safe and controlled time on the trampoline (taught by a qualified instructor) as well as team games, arts & crafts, challenges, and themed activities. - A strong focus on confidence, teamwork, and wellbeing, not just physical skills. - Safe, structured environments with clear routines, risk‑assessed activities, and supportive staff. - Inclusive sessions designed so every child can take part, regardless of ability or experience. - Flexible booking options to suit working families.
Camp notes
To help your child have the best possible day, they’ll need:
- A packed lunch and healthy snacks for breaks.
- A refillable water bottle (we encourage regular hydration throughout the day).
- Comfortable sports clothing suitable for active play.
- Trainers (no sandals or open footwear for safety reasons).
- Weather‑appropriate extras, such as a coat, hat, gloves, or sun cream depending on the season.
- Any personal medication clearly labelled and handed to staff on arrival.
Optional but helpful:
- A spare layer or change of clothes for younger children or messy activities.
